Therefore all contact information, such as postal addresses, telephone numbers, and electronic addresses, provided by clients remain strictly confidential and the private property of SnertSoft. Under no circumstances will SnertSoft resell or release this information to third parties, unless demanded by court order.
SnertSoft does reserve the right to contact its existing clients for legitimate business of direct interest such as technical support, update, and/or upgrade notices. Product news, annoucements, and general product dicussions are conducted through a separate free subscription to the moderated community mailing list and other online mediums.
